 1. Shipping Countries

 
We currently ship within the EU only.
 
2. Shipping Costs
 
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping within Germany.
 
3. Delivery Times
 
 

  • Within Germany: approx. 1–3 business days

  • Within the EU: approx. 5–8 business days

 
For pre-sale orders, shipping begins only after production is complete. Orders are typically shipped within 14 days after the pre-sale ends.
 
4. Shipping Provider
 
We ship with DHL. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order in your account order history.

5. Customs & Import Fees (for orders outside Germany)
 
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please check with your local customs office for possible additional charges.
 
6. Shipping Damages
 
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email and include photos of the damage.
 
7. Undeliverable Shipments

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect can be re-shipped – however, the additional shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
