1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop at trancelabel.eu. The contractual partner is

2. Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

(2) By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the items contained in the shopping cart.

(3) The purchase contract is only concluded with our order confirmation by email or at the latest with the dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and payment terms

(1) All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT, where applicable.

(2) Shipping costs will be charged additionally and indicated during the ordering process.

(3) Payment is made using the payment methods specified in the online shop (e.g. advance payment, PayPal, credit card).

4. Shipping and delivery

(1) The goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery is generally 2-3 business days after the reciept of payment if not otherwise stated. For pre-sales, shipments will take place within 10 work-days after the end of the pre-sale period.

(3) If a product is not available, we will inform the customer immediately and offer a refund or an alternative solution.

5. Right of withdrawal

(1) Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration must be sent to us by email or post.

(3) The customer shall bear the return costs unless the goods were defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

(3) Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Data protection

(1) We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

(2) Data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil the contract (e.g. shipping service providers).

9. Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

(2) Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.

(3) We reserve the right to make changes to the General Terms and Conditions and will inform our customers in a timely manner.
