Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. That said, we’re very fair and open to discussion if needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a registered, trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for items that never reach us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
This also applies to bundles, which are sold at a reduced price.
  
Exchanges
 
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.
 
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
 
If your item is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As mentioned above, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
  
Refunds
 
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
